본 약관은 Gallory(이하 "앱") 이용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 사용하면 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다.
앱은 개인적·비상업적 용도로 사용하도록 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위를 넘어 앱을 복제·변조·역설계하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 용도로 사용하지 않습니다.
앱이 다루는 사진·기록의 권리는 전적으로 당신에게 있습니다. 앱은 그에 대한 어떤 권리도 주장하지 않습니다. 당신이 외부로 공유하는 내용에 대한 책임은 당신에게 있습니다.
표지 스타일 추천·속지 초안·지도 핀 미리 놓기·"얼굴로 찾기"는 사진의 내용·시각·위치를 바탕으로 한 제안이며, 정확하지 않을 수 있습니다. 최종 선택과 편집은 언제나 당신이 합니다.
Pro(월간·연간·평생)와 재료 팩 등 유료 구매의 결제·영수증·환불은 Apple App Store 및 Google Play의 약관과 절차를 따릅니다. 월간·연간 구독은 해지 전까지 자동 갱신되며 언제든 스토어에서 해지할 수 있습니다. 평생은 한 번만 결제합니다.
지도·지오코딩 등 외부 서비스는 각 제공자의 약관이 적용됩니다.
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 법이 허용하는 범위에서 명시적·묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다. 데이터 손실에 대비해 “설정 → 데이터”에서 백업을 권장합니다.
법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 앱 이용으로 발생한 간접·부수적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일을 갱신합니다. 약관에 동의하지 않으면 앱 사용을 중단하고 삭제할 수 있습니다.

These terms apply to your use of Gallory ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Except as permitted by law, do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use the app to infringe the rights of others.
You own all rights to the photos and records the app handles. The app claims no rights to them. You are responsible for content you choose to share.
Cover style suggestions, draft inside pages, pre-placed map pins and "Find by face" are suggestions based on photo content, time and location and may be inaccurate. The final choice and every edit are always yours.
Payments, receipts and refunds for purchases (Pro monthly, yearly or lifetime, and material packs) follow the terms and procedures of the Apple App Store and Google Play. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled anytime in the store. Lifetime is a one-time payment.
Outside services such as maps and geocoding are subject to their own providers' terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We recommend backing up via "Settings → Data" to guard against data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
These terms may change; we update the effective date when they do. If you do not agree, you may stop using and delete the app.

本規約は Gallory（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に適用されます。本アプリを使用することで本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは個人的・非商業的な利用のために提供されます。法が認める範囲を超えて複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリングを行い、または他者の権利を侵害する用途で使用しないでください。
本アプリが扱う写真・記録の権利はすべてあなたに帰属します。本アプリはそれらに対していかなる権利も主張しません。外部へ共有する内容についての責任はあなたにあります。
表紙スタイルのおすすめ・中ページの下書き・地図ピンの仮配置・「顔でさがす」は、写真の内容・時刻・位置にもとづく提案であり、正確でない場合があります。最終的な選択と編集はいつもあなたが行います。
Pro（月額・年額・買い切り）や素材パックなどの有料購入の決済・領収書・返金は Apple App Store および Google Play の規約と手続きに従います。月額・年額は解約するまで自動更新され、いつでもストアで解約できます。買い切りは一度きりの支払いです。
地図・ジオコーディングなどの外部サービスには各提供者の規約が適用されます。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、法が認める範囲で明示・黙示の保証を行いません。データ消失に備え「設定 → データ」でのバックアップを推奨します。
法が認める最大限の範囲で、本アプリの利用により生じた間接的・付随的損害について責任を負いません。
規約は変更されることがあり、その際は施行日を更新します。規約に同意しない場合は利用を中止し削除できます。
