Gallory(이하 "앱")는 당신의 기록을 소중히 다룹니다. 핵심 원칙은 “당신의 데이터는 당신의 기기에 머문다”입니다. 앱은 회원가입이 없고, 당신의 사진·기록을 우리 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
• 당신이 고른 사진과 그 메타데이터(촬영 시각·위치 등) • 당신이 만든 매거진(표지·속지·지도 핀·글)과 인물 태그·즐겨찾기 • "얼굴로 찾기"를 눌렀을 때 기기 안에서 계산되는 얼굴 특징값(사진을 고르는 데만 쓰이고, 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다) • 앱 설정(언어·지도 스타일 등) 위 정보는 모두 당신의 기기 안에만 저장·처리됩니다.
• 계정·서버 업로드가 없습니다. • 사용 기록(분석)은 기기 안에서만 집계되며 우리에게 전송되지 않습니다. • 광고·제3자 추적기·데이터 판매가 없습니다.
• 사진 접근: 표지와 속지에 넣을 사진을 고르기 위해서입니다. • 위치(사진 EXIF): 지도 속지에 핀을 미리 놓아 드리기 위해서이며, 모두 기기 안에서 처리됩니다. 기기 위치는 쓰지 않습니다. 권한은 거부할 수 있고, 해당 기능만 제한됩니다.
일부 기능은 동작을 위해 제한된 정보를 외부 서비스에 전달합니다. 이때도 사진·이름·메모 같은 개인 내용은 전달되지 않습니다. • 지도 타일: 지도를 열면 보고 있는 지도 영역과 IP가 지도 제공자(OpenFreeMap·OpenStreetMap 데이터)로 전달되어 지도 이미지를 받아옵니다. • 내보내기·공유: 당신이 내보내기나 공유를 누른 경우에만, 당신이 만든 이미지·PDF가 당신이 선택한 앱/상대에게 전달됩니다. 자동으로 공유되는 것은 없습니다.
유료 구매(Pro 구독·평생, 재료 팩)의 결제와 영수증 처리는 Apple App Store 및 Google Play가 담당합니다. 앱은 카드번호 등 결제 정보를 받거나 저장하지 않으며, 스토어로부터 구매 여부만 확인합니다. 환불은 각 스토어의 정책을 따릅니다.
모든 데이터는 당신의 기기에 있습니다. 앱 삭제 또는 기기의 앱 데이터 삭제로 모두 지워집니다. 앱 안에서도 “설정 → 캐시 정리”로 이미지 캐시와 임시 파일을 지울 수 있습니다.
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
정책이 바뀌면 앱 업데이트와 이 화면을 통해 알립니다. 중요한 변경 시 시행일을 갱신합니다.

Gallory ("the app") treats your memories with care. Our core principle is simple: your data stays on your device. There is no account, and we never send your photos or records to our servers.
• Photos you pick and their metadata (capture time, location, etc.) • Magazines you make (covers, inside pages, map pins, text), people tags and favorites • Face features computed on your device when you tap "Find by face" (used only to pick photos; they never leave the device) • App settings (language, map style, etc.) All of this is stored and processed only on your device.
• No accounts and no server uploads. • Usage analytics are counted on your device only and are never sent to us. • No ads, no third-party trackers, no selling of data.
• Photo access: to pick the photos for your covers and pages. • Location (photo EXIF): to pre-place pins on a map page, processed entirely on your device. Device location is not used. You may deny permissions; only the related feature is limited.
Some features pass limited information to outside services to work. Even then, personal content like photos, names or notes is never shared. • Map tiles: when you open a map, the map area you view and your IP are sent to the map provider (OpenFreeMap, OpenStreetMap data) to fetch map images. • Export and sharing: only when you tap export or share, the image or PDF you made is handed to the app or person you pick. Nothing is shared automatically.
Purchases (Pro subscription or lifetime, material packs) are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play, including receipts. The app never receives or stores card details; it only checks with the store whether a purchase exists. Refunds follow each store's policy.
All data lives on your device. Deleting the app or its app data removes everything. In-app you can clear the image cache and temporary files in "Settings → Clear cache".
The app is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
If this policy changes, we will notify you through an app update and this screen, updating the effective date for material changes.

• 写真へのアクセス：表紙や中ページに入れる写真を選ぶためです。 • 位置（写真EXIF）：地図ページにピンをあらかじめ置くためで、すべて端末内で処理されます。端末の位置情報は使いません。 権限は拒否でき、その機能のみが制限されます。
一部の機能は動作のために限定的な情報を外部サービスへ渡します。その場合も写真・名前・メモなどの個人的な内容は渡しません。 • 地図タイル：地図を開くと、表示中の地図範囲とIPが地図提供者（OpenFreeMap・OpenStreetMapデータ）へ送られ、地図画像を取得します。 • 書き出し・共有：あなたが書き出しや共有を押した場合のみ、あなたが作った画像・PDFが選択先へ渡されます。自動共有はありません。
有料購入（Proのサブスクリプション・買い切り、素材パック）の決済と領収書処理は Apple App Store および Google Play が行います。本アプリはカード番号などの決済情報を受け取らず保存もしません。ストアから購入の有無のみ確認します。返金は各ストアの方針に従います。
すべてのデータは端末内にあります。アプリの削除または端末のアプリデータ削除ですべて消えます。アプリ内でも「設定 → キャッシュ削除」で画像キャッシュと一時ファイルを消せます。
本アプリは14歳未満の児童を対象とせず、児童の個人情報を意図的に収集しません。
ポリシー変更時はアプリ更新とこの画面でお知らせします。重要な変更時は施行日を更新します。
